    At Zestblend we stand behind every blender we sell. If something goes wrong we will make it right. Fast. No runaround. No complicated process. Just real customer service.


    Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a refund or replacement. No lengthy forms. No jumping through hoops.

    If you are not satisfied with your Zestblend for any reason contact us and we will sort it out.


    What Qualifies For a Full Refund

    You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply.

    • Your blender arrived damaged or broken
    • Your blender stopped working within 30 days of normal use
    • Your order never arrived within 30 days of your purchase date
    • The item you received is significantly different from what was described

    What Qualifies For a Replacement

    In most cases we will send you a brand new replacement instead of a refund. We want you to have a working Zestblend. Not just your money back.

    • Blender is defective out of the box
    • Parts are missing from your order
    • Blender malfunctions within the first 30 days

    Change of Mind Returns

    We get it. Sometimes things do not work out. If you change your mind about your purchase contact us within 30 days. We will do our best to help. Note that change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $5 to cover processing costs.


    What Is Not Covered

    The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

    • Damage caused by misuse or dropping the blender
    • Blending hot liquids. Zestblend is designed for cold blends only.
    • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
    • Items without proof of purchase

    How To Request a Refund

    Getting your refund started takes less than 2 minutes.

    1. Email us at zestblendbrand@gmail.com
    2. Use the subject line: Refund Request. Your Order Number.
    3. Tell us briefly what happened
    4. Attach a photo if your item arrived damaged or defective
    5. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps

    That is it. No long forms. No waiting weeks for an answer.


    How Long Does a Refund Take

    Once your refund is approved here is the timeline.

    Refund approved Within 24-48 hours of your email
    Refund processed Within 3-5 business days
    Refund appears in your account Depends on your bank. Usually 3-7 business days.

    If you have not seen your refund after 7 business days check with your bank first. Then contact us and we will investigate immediately.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your Zestblend arrived damaged or stopped working we want to fix this immediately.

    Email us at zestblendbrand@gmail.com with the following.

    • Your order number
    • A photo or short video showing the issue
    • A brief description of what happened

    We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your message. Your choice.


    Wrong Item Received

    If you received the wrong color or a completely different item email us immediately. We will send the correct item at no extra charge and you keep the wrong one. No need to ship anything back.


    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package please do the following first.

    • Check around your property and with neighbors
    • Check with your local post office
    • Wait 2 additional business days as packages sometimes show delivered early

    If your package is still missing after these steps contact us. We will file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.


    Return Shipping

    For defective or damaged items we cover all return shipping costs. For change of mind returns the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    Note: As a dropshipping store we handle returns on a case by case basis. In most situations we will issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back. Shipping the item back often costs more than the item itself and we do not want to waste your time.
